We are situated on a sunny slope above the spa town of Merano. Despite our location in the middle of nature, we are also conveniently close to the bustling village center of Scena.
Our refurbished 66-m² apartment can easily accommodate between 2 - 5 persons. Three guests can sleep in the bedroom with another two in the living room. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen-cum dining area and a new bathroom. The balcony and garden offer great panoramic views of the Texelgruppe Nature Park.
Families and sports-minded holidaymakers have numerous leisure activities to choose from such as hiking and mountain biking as well as a wide choice of shopping both in and around Scena. After a day out in the outdoors, lie back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony or relax in our tranquil garden. Our guests may also take advantage of the breakfast buffet and spa facilities available at the neighbouring Gutenberg Hotel (at extra charge).
By the way: The Schenna Guest Pass is available to you free of charge. This means free use of buses and trains, as well as cable cars specified by the province, discounts on bike hire and much more. Also included is the free use of the hiking shuttle, which stops 10 metres from our house and takes you comfortably to the most important starting points for hikes and back again.
Your host, Elisabeth, also happens to be a specialist in local herbs and is also an experienced hiking guide.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are inconvenient for both parties, but sometimes unavoidable. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible and read the following information carefully:
- Cancellations made up to 3 months before the date of arrival may be cancelled free of charge.
- The following fees will be charged for cancellations made after the mentioned period: from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 50 per cent of the total tour price as compensation.
- In case of cancellation within the last 30 days, we charge the total cost of the reservation if the unit cannot be rented out again in the meantime.
- For no-show, late arrival or early departure the entire price of the apartment will be charged as per booking agreement.
